Mexican Side Salad Mmb Recipes
MEXICAN SIDE SALAD MMB
This is a super simple salad I often make to have with Mexican food. My friend, Kim B is making a cookbook for her dad and wanted me to post it. You can easily add a scoop of http://www.justapinch.com/recipes/main-course/mexican/guacamole.html instead of sliced avocado. Kick it up by adding some diced jalapenos too.

Steps:
- Chop the romaine, slice the tomatoes, slice the avocados. Rough chop the cilantro.
- Toss and dress with fresh salsa.
- You can easily add a scoop of https://www.justapinch.com/recipes/main-course/mexican/guacamole.html instead of sliced avocado.
- Black olives are a great addition too.
- Kick it up with some fresh diced jalapenos.
