Steps:

• Put the butter and chocolate into a microwave safe bowl and heat on high for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds to melt the chocolate. Set aside.
• In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar.
• In a large bowl sift the flour with the baking powder and salt. Add the egg and chocolate mixtures along with the vanilla and stir well to combine.
• Spray an 8 by 8 by-2-inch microwave safe glass pan with cooking spray. Pour the batter into the pan, spread it out evenly, and scatter the chocolate chunks on top. Cook on high for 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and let rest for 3 minutes before cutting and eating.

• In a bowl, beat sugar, eggs, vanilla and salt on medium speed for 1 minute. Add butter; beat until blended. Combine flour and cocoa. Gradually add to sugar mixture; mix well. Stir in walnuts. Transfer to a greased microwave-safe 8-in. square dish. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 3-4 minutes, rotating every 1 minute or until a moist area about 1-1/4 in. in diameter remains in the center (when touched, brownie will cling to your finger while area underneath will be almost dry). • Tip the whole mix into the buttered dish and smooth using a spatula to fill the dish. Cook for 5 mins or until the brownies are well-risen and slightly firm to touch. Don't worry if they're still a bit soft in the centre; they will continue to cook for several minutes once out of the microwave.
• Put the hot dish onto a cooling rack and leave for at least 20 mins to firm up. Cut into 8 squares. Will keep in an airtight container for three days.

• Add eggs and vanilla to the sugar cream. Mix well until smooth.
• In a separate boal (Small or medium boal will work), stir flour and cocoa- powder thgeather.
• Add flour mix to egg mix.
• Grease a glass pie pan, coat with sugar.
• Pour you brownie mix into your pie pan.
• Microwave for 41/2 - 5 minutes.
• Let sit until cool and eat.
