NOM NOM NOM COOKIES
These cookies are so named because it's what you'll be saying while eating these wonderful treats... Nom, Nom, Nom! Serve with a tall glass of cold milk. These keep in a covered container a long time, but no worries, they will go nom, nom, nom fast!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Combine flour, baking soda, and cream of tartar in a small bowl and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter and oil with sugars, and vanilla.
- Beat until light and fluffy.
- Add egg and beat again until smooth.
- Slowly add flour mixture to butter mixture.
- Fold in pecans, oats, and cereal.
- Spray cookie sheets lightly with nonstick cooking spray.
- Take a teaspoon of dough and roll it in your palms, then flatten down.
- Place the cookies 1" apart on sheets.
- Bake cookies for about 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and cool to room temperature on wire racks.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. and place 8 cookie liner cups onto large baking sheet.Place butter and sugars into a large mixing bowl, beat until well combined. Note: For another variation, try browning the butter first. Let butter cool for 15 minutes then continue with this recipe. Add eggs and vanilla stirring until well combined. Add flour, salt and baking soda, stir slowly until dough forms. Stir in 1 1/4 cups chocolate chunks.
- Scoop about 3 heaping scoops of cookie dough into each cookie liner cup. Press each cookie so dough is even then top with more chocolate chunks, pressing slightly into tops of dough. Bake for 22-24 minutes, until baked through, starting to turn golden on top. Remove and let cool for 5 minutes. Serve warm.
