- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, butter and confectioners' sugar until smooth. In a large bowl, whisk milk and pudding mixes for 2 minutes; let stand for 2 minutes or until soft-set. Gradually stir into cream cheese mixture. Fold in whipped topping. , Spread 1-1/3 cups crushed cookies into an ungreased 13x9-in. dish. Layer with half the pudding mixture and half the remaining cookies. Repeat layers. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Serve with shaved white chocolate if desired.

- Crush half the package of Oreo cookies and spread in the bottom of a 9x13-inch pan. Mix the Cool Whip, softened cream cheese, and powdered sugar. Pour this mixture over the cookies. Mix milk, pudding, and vanilla. Pour pudding over mixture in the pan. Crush the remaining half package of Oreos and scatter them over the top of the cake. Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving. This cake is best if made the day before you are wanting to serve it. This cake can be made and kept in your refrigerator for up to 3 days.

This is a delicious dessert! It is almost like a mousse. It requires minimal ingredients. Not very good for the weight conscious :) It makes a decent amount so you could always split the recipe in half.

Steps:
- Crush 1/2 package of Oreo cookies in bottom of cake pan. (If you have a food processor this will probably be the easiest way) Set aside.
- Make pudding according to directions. Set aside.
- Mix cream cheese, cool whip, powdered sugar together until smooth. Add pudding to mixture. Mix well and pour over cookies in pan.
- Crush the other 1/2 package of Oreos and sprinkle on top of cream cheese mixture.
- Refrigerate for a couple of hours.
