- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook beef until no longer pink; drain. Stir in pizza sauce and oregano. , In a food processor, combine the onion, pepper and pepperoni; cover and process until chopped. Add to beef mixture. Simmer 20-25 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Spoon mixture onto buns. Top with cheese and mushrooms.

Steps:
- 1. Cook the ground beef in skillet with garlic, and onion. Mix in the pizza sauce. Slice the pepperoni in 4ths and add to the pot. Stir until warmed through. Set aside.
- 2. Light the broiler and broil the buns until toasted. Remove from broiler. Add the meat onto the buns. Top with mushrooms and then cheese. Place the bottom halves back in the broiler and broil until cheese is melted.
- 3. Remove from oven and place the top bun on and enjoy
