Pomegranate Cocktails Recipes

Steps:

• For each drink, combine 4 ounces dry vermouth, 3 tablespoons pomegranate liqueur, 1 tablespoon pomegranate seeds and 2 dashes of orange bitters in a shaker with ice. Shake well, then pour into a glass and top with seltzer. Garnish with more pomegranate seeds.

• Make Simple Syrup. In 1-quart saucepan, heat sugar and water over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, just until mixture boils and sugar dissolves, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat; cool.
• In cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes, add 1/4 cup of the cooled Simple Syrup and all remaining Cocktail ingredients. Cover; shake until chilled and well mixed. Pour through strainer into 2 chilled glasses. Garnish with lime slices, lemon slices and pomegranate seeds.

• Fill 2 highball glasses and a cocktail shaker with ice.
• Add vodka, pomegranate juice, lime juice, and orange-flavored liqueur to the cocktail shaker and secure the lid. Place one hand on the lid and one hand on the shaker and shake vigorously for a slow count of 10, or until the outside of the shaker frosts up. Divide cocktail between the prepared glasses. Top with soda water and pomegranate seeds and stir before serving.
