PHILLY CHEESE STEAK SLOPPY JOES
A quick and easy Philly cheese steak made in the style of a Sloppy Joe. Enjoy a salad or sweet potato fries on the side. Yum!

Steps:
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir beef in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Add bell peppers, onion, and garlic; saute until beginning to tenderize, about 5 minutes more.
- Stir water, cornstarch, bouillon, and Worcestershire sauce together in a bowl. Add to beef mixture in skillet. Cover with a lid and reduce heat to low. Simmer until sauce thickens and veggies are tender, 7 to 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add mozzarella cheese; cover until melted, about 2 minutes. Stir to combine.
- Serve beef mixture on buns, Sloppy Joe-style.

This is a recipe both my mom and grandma gave me. My mom used to it eat all the time when she was little because it cheap and easy. Sounds weird, but its delicious!

- 1. Brown the ground beef and drain.
- 2. Add the soup, onion, seasonings, ketchup and mustard.
- 3. Stir, bring to a low boil, stir some more and ENJOY! The ketchup and mustard can be altered according to taste. Serve it on bread or buns just like sloppy joes!

- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a mixing bowl, combine oats, sugars,flour and salt.
- Combine soda and water;stir into oats mixture along with shortening and vanilla.
- Roll into walnut size balls.
- Bake at 350 for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and allow to stand 2 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool.

- In large pan, brown and drain beef.
- Add onion, green peppers and garlic.
- Saute 3 - 4 minutes.
- Add chili sauce, soup, mustard, worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, salt and pepper.
- Mix well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer about 45 minutes to 1 hour. Stir occasionally.
- Can make ahead. Freezes well.
