Rosemary Citrus Beer Cocktails Recipes

Steps:

• For the rosemary syrup: Combine the sugar, rosemary sprigs and 1 cup water in a saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Boil for 5 minutes. Let it cool, then strain out the rosemary. Stir in the lemon juice.
• For the salad: To assemble, divide the yogurt among 8 glasses, top with a mix of the oranges, blood oranges, mandarin oranges and grapefruit and drizzle the rosemary syrup over the top.

Steps:

• Combine 1 1/2 cups quartered strawberries, 3 tablespoons sugar and 2 tablespoons white vinegar in a pitcher. Muddle with a wooden spoon, then let stand until the sugar dissolves, about 10 minutes. Add two 16-ounce cans chilled lager, 4 ounces elderflower liqueur and 2 teaspoons bitters. Serve over ice.

• Bring 2 cups water, 2/3 cup sugar and 6 rosemary sprigs to a boil in a saucepan, stirring to dissolve the sugar. Remove from the heat and let sit 20 minutes, then strain. Refrigerate the syrup until cool. For each drink, combine 12 ounces cold wheat beer, 2 ounces of the rosemary syrup and 1 ounce each grapefruit juice and lemon juice. Garnish with grapefruit wedges and rosemary.
