Snickers Stuffed Peanut Butter Cookies Recipes
SNICKERS™-STUFFED PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES
Surprise! Candy is baked inside these yummy peanut butter cookies.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F. In medium bowl, stir cookie mix, oil and egg until soft dough forms. Shape dough into 24 balls. For each cookie, wrap 1 dough ball around candy bar. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool 3 minutes; remove from cookie sheet to cooling rack. If frosting cookies, cool completely.
- Spread frosting on cooled cookies; sprinkle with candy sprinkles. Store completely cooled cookies in airtight container.

SNICKER SURPRISE PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES
I found this recipe next to a Snickers coupon. It is absolutely fabulous. The Snickers is hidden inside the cookie so it makes for a nice surprise when you bite in. This cookie works perfectly as part of a Xmas cookie platter. If you are a Snickers fan, you are in for a real treat.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 300°F.
- In a medium bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large bowl, mix together butter, peanut butter, and sugars until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla and combine thoroughly.
- Then mix in flour mixture.
- Cover and chill dough 2-3 hours.
- To form cookie, scoop a tablespoon of chilled dough and flatten.
- Place a miniature Snickers in the center and form the dough into a ball around the Snickers.
- Place on a greased cookie sheet.
- Bake for 10-20 minutes.
- Cool cookies on a rack.
- Optional: Decorate cookies with powdered sugar or drizzled melted chocolate or both.

- Using electric mixer, beat butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar until light and fluffy; beat in peanut butter. Beat in egg, then beat in vanilla. Stir in flour mixture just until blended. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (to make cookies easier to roll and shape.)
- Divide dough into 24 portions. On lightly floured work surface, working with one portion at a time, divide each portion in half, pressing to flatten. Place 1 SNICKERS® Mini half in center of one half of cookie; top with remaining half of cookie, pressing down lightly.
- Transfer cookies to parchment paper–lined baking sheet, about 2 inches apart. Press to flatten slightly with tines of fork.

- Cream butter, peanut butter, and both sugars in the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment. Add egg, vanilla, milk, and salt and baking soda. Mix until combined. Slowly add flour and mix until dough comes together. Chill your dough for at least 30 minutes.
- Scoop 2 tablespoon sized balls of dough. Press each one flat in the palm of your hand, place a Snickers Mini in the center and wrap the dough around it, rolling to form a ball. Place on cookie sheet 2” apart. Use a fork to make a small criss-cross pattern on the top. They won’t flatten because of the Snickers, but they’ll have the pattern.
- Bake for 13-16 minutes, until they just begin to brown. Cool completely and remove from cookie sheets.
