- Mix the first 6 ingredients. Reserve 1-1/3 cups for basting; cover and refrigerate. Pour remaining marinade into a large baking dish. Add drumsticks and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight., Drain turkey, discarding marinade. Place turkey on greased grill rack. - Cut pork into 1-in. cubes. Combine next seven ingredients; rub over pork. Refrigerate, covered, until ready to grill. Meanwhile, make a glaze by whisking vinegar, honey, mustard and oil. - Line a strainer or colander with 4 layers of cheesecloth or 1 coffee filter; place over a bowl. Place yogurt in prepared strainer; cover yogurt with sides of cheesecloth. Refrigerate 2-4 hours. Meanwhile, place cucumber in a colander over a plate; sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon salt and toss.
