AIR FRYER NUTELLA®-STUFFED WONTONS
Wonton wrappers, Nutella®, and a little cooking spray are all that's needed for these quick little morsels. Serve for dessert or as a quick pick-me-up.

Steps:
- Preheat the air fryer to 325 degrees F (160 degrees C).
- Lay out wrappers on a clean surface. Place about 1 teaspoon Nutella in the middle of each wrapper. Use a pastry brush or your finger to wet the edges of each wonton wrapper and fold in half, lightly pressing the sides together. Moisten the tips of the wrapper and press together. Set completed wrappers onto a clean plate and generously spray with cooking spray. Spray the bottom of the air fryer basket and set wontons inside.
- Air fry until light brown, about 4 minutes. Allow to cool slightly before eating.

AIR FRYER BOURSIN®-STUFFED WONTONS
Wonton wrappers and Boursin® are all that you need for a quick appetizer. I've used garlic and fine herbs, my favorite, but feel free to choose your favorite.

Steps:
- Preheat the air fryer to 325 degrees F (160 degrees C).
- Separate the wonton wrappers and place on a clean work surface. Place 1 teaspoon of garlic and herb cheese in the center of each wonton. Use a pastry brush or your finger to wet the edges of each wonton and fold in half, pressing lightly to ensure a proper seal. Moisten the tips of the wrapper and press together. Set on a clean plate and generously spray with cooking spray.
- Spray the inner basket with cooking spray and place 1/2 of the stuffed wontons into the basket.
- Air fry until lightly browned, for 4 minutes. Repeat with remaining wontons. Allow to cool slightly before eating.

STUFFED FRIED WONTON
Shiso leaves are Japanese basil leaves. I've substituted fresh sliced jalepenos; not the same, but darn good.

- Cut shiso leaves in halves. Place a piece of shiso and a cube of cheese in the center of a wonton wrapper. Fold the wonton wrapper in half diagonally, shaping into a triangle. Moisten to seal the edges well. Heat oil to 375 degrees and deep-fry the wonton until brown.

- Mix together the ground pork, celery, carrot, onion, and garlic in a bowl. Season with salt, pepper, and soy sauce; mix with your hands until well blended.
- Separate the wonton wrappers and lay them out on a clean surface. Spoon 1 teaspoon of the pork mixture into the center of each wrapper. Moisten the edges of the wonton wrappers with beaten egg, fold over the filling to form a triangle, and press together to seal. Place the finished wontons on a baking sheet.
- Heat the canola oil in a deep fryer or large saucepan to 365 degrees F (180 degrees C).
- Fry the wontons, about 6 at a time, until they turn golden brown and float to the top, 3 to 4 minutes. Remove, and drain on a paper towel-lined plate.

- In a large skillet, cook the pork, turkey and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Transfer to a large bowl. Stir in the water chestnuts, soy sauce, egg substitute and ginger., Position a wonton wrapper with one point toward you. (Keep remaining wrappers covered with a damp paper towel until ready to use.) Place 2 heaping teaspoons of filling in the center of wrapper. Fold bottom corner over filling; fold sides toward center over filling. Roll toward the remaining point. Moisten top corner with water; press to seal. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling., Place on baking sheets coated with cooking spray; lightly coat wontons with additional cooking spray. , Bake at 400° for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown, turning once. Serve warm, with sweet-and-sour sauce if desired. Freeze option: Freeze cooled baked wontons in a freezer container, separating layers with waxed paper. - Start by making the filling. Simply combine the ground pork, chopped scallions, sesame oil, soy sauce, wine (or sherry), sugar, oil, water, and white pepper in a bowl. Whip everything together by hand for 5 minutes or in a food processor for 1 minute. You want the pork to look a bit like a paste.
- To make the wontons, take a wrapper, and add about a teaspoon of filling. Overstuffed wontons will pop open during the cooking process and make a mess. Use your finger to coat the edges with a little water (this helps the two sides seal together).
- Fold the wrapper in half into a rectangle, and press the two sides together so you get a firm seal. Hold the bottom two corners of the little rectangle you just made, and bring the two corners together, pressing firmly to seal. (Use a little water to make sure it sticks.)
