- Mix together all the ingredients (except for the fish). Spread the mixture onto the fillets and let sit for 15 minutes to marinate.
EASY BAKED TILAPIA

- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees F). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Place the tilapia fillets in the bottom of the baking dish and dot with butter. Season with Old Bay seasoning and garlic salt. Top each one with a slice or two of lemon. Arrange the frozen mixed vegetables around the fish, and season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Cover the dish and bake for 25 to 30 minutes in the preheated oven, until vegetables are tender and fish flakes easily with a fork.

Steps:
- Saute the celery, onions and bell pepper in butter until the vegetables soften.
- Add flour, salt, pepper, tarragon, basil, and milk, stirring until blended.
- Cook sauce until it thickens, stirring constantly.
- Lower the heat and add cheese, stirring until the cheese just melts. Do NOT boil the cheese or it will get stringy.
- Rinse the tilapia fillets in cold salted water, then drain and pat dry.
- Arrange the fish in a single layer in an oblong baking dish.
- Spoon the sauce over all.
- Bake at 425ºF for 8 to 10 minutes or until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.

- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Mix seasonings to taste.
- Mix together veggies (including can tomato) with some seasoning mix, 1 tb sesame oil, 1 tb olive oil & soy sauce.
- Spread veggies onto baking sheet.
- Mix remaining oil and coat fish.
- Mix remaining seasoning mix with breadcrumbs & panko.
- Press fish into breadcrumb mix.
- Lay fish on top of veggies on cookie sheet.
