- In a small bowl, whisk 1-1/4 cups flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda. In another bowl, whisk cocoa and remaining flour. In an airtight 5-cup or larger container, layer half of flour mixture and half of cocoa mixture; repeat. Layer sugars and chips in the order listed. Cover and store in a cool, dry place up to 3 months. Yield: 1 batch (about 5 cups)., To prepare cookies: Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, beat butter, eggs and vanilla until well blended. Add cookie mix; mix well., Drop by tablespoonfuls 2 in. apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake until firm, 12-14 minutes. Remove from pans to wire racks to cool. Store in an airtight container.

- In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Cut in butter until crumbly. Beat in eggs. Spread in a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking pan. , Bake at 350° for 8 minutes. - Heat oven to 375°F. In 2-quart saucepan, heat 2 cups chocolate chips, the cream cheese and milk over low heat, stirring constantly, until chips are melted and mixture is smooth. Cool while making crust.
- In medium bowl, mix Bisquick mix, sugar and cocoa. Cut in butter, using pastry blender (or pulling 2 table knives through ingredients in opposite directions), until mixture is crumbly. Press half of the crumbly mixture (2 cups) on bottom of ungreased 13x9-inch pan. Sprinkle with white vanilla baking chips. Spoon chocolate mixture over crumbly mixture and chips; spread evenly. Sprinkle with remaining crumbly mixture and 1 cup chocolate chips. Press lightly with fork.
- Bake 30 to 35 minutes until center is set. Cool completely, about 1 hour. Refrigerate 1 hour or until chilled. For bars, cut into 8 rows by 6 rows. Store covered in refrigerator.

- Whisk the flour, baking powder, salt, baking soda, and cloves together in a medium bowl. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Remove pan from the heat, add the bittersweet chocolate, then set aside until melted.
- Whisk the eggs, brown sugar, and vanilla together in a medium bowl, then slowly whisk in chocolate. Stir in the flour mixture to make a loose dough. Don't overwork the dough. Fold in the chips. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours.

- Heat oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6. Line 1-2 baking sheets with baking parchment. Mix the sugars and butter together with a wooden spoon, then add the egg, vanilla, flour and half the melted milk chocolate and mix together.
