White Hot Chocolate Using Milk Recipes

Steps:

• Combine white chocolate chips and half-and-half in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir continuously until chocolate has completely melted, 3 to 4 minutes. Stir in milk and vanilla extract until heated through, 3 to 4 minutes more. Pour into mugs and serve.

• In a saucepan on medium heat, heat the milk and half-and-half to just below the simmering point. Remove the pan from the heat and add the white chocolate. When the chocolate is melted, add the vanilla and whisk vigorously. Reheat very gently and serve with a vanilla bean as a stirrer in each cup.

Top with the cream, marshmallows and drizzle over the sauce with a pinch of sprinkles and cinnamon, if you like.
