ZIPPY SHRIMP LINGUINE
"I won a community recipe contest several years ago with this spicy dish," relates Jackie Selover of Sidney, Ohio. "I make it often for my family, but it's pretty enough to serve guests." Red pepper flakes put a little zing in the shrimp, and the lightly sauteed veggies are crisp-tender and colorful.

ZIPPY SUMMER SHRIMP
My favorite way to dazzle in a hurry, these shrimp take minutes to make. Full of flavor, they take the center stage at any meal, but I am also known to throw them in a fresh garden salad as well. I do tend to always use the largest shrimp I can get my hands on, they seem to have the best flavor to them! Once complete, feel free to serve immediately over pasta, with warm crusty bread and a garden salad, or with a rice dish. This one compliments them all!

EASY SHRIMP DIP
This recipe is one I have been making for years...easy to double too. It is always a hit and the short list of ingredients is surprising to all who request it. I serve this with potato chips because the salt seems to bring the flavors out but any crackers will do as well. Line a bowl with some fresh lettuce and add the dip and it looks like you made a big fuss!

Steps:
- Easy - drain shrimp, add to a bowl and add in soft cream cheese. Chop green onion and add along with 4 to 5 good size tablespoons of mayo. Stir all together and serve! This recipe is easy to throw together and is very forgiving -- doesn't matter if the green onions are chopped well or how big the tablespoons of mayo are. It tastes good no matter what!
- Chances are there won't be leftovers but if there are it lasts in the fridge for days -- make it over night and then let come to room temperature for the best flavor.

EASY SHRIMP DIP
This is such a great recipe. It is easy and is so good! I get asked to make this for holiday parties. One tip - remember to take it out of the fridge at least 30 minutes before serving or it will break your crackers. You can use 2 cans of shrimp in place of the frozen salad shrimp.
