- Peel and chop your potatoes into French Fries style chips. Place them in a mixing bowl and season them with salt and pepper. Pour in the extra virgin olive oil and mix with your hands so that all the oil coats the chips. Place the chips in the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes at 160c/320f. Pound the steaks with a tenderiser and season with salt and pepper.
- When the air fryer beeps give the chips a shake and make sure none are stuck to the air fryer basket. Place the steaks on top of the chips and cook for a further 6 minutes at the same temperature.
- Spread a thin layer of garlic butter over each steak before serving. It will melt because of the heat of the steak. Serve the steak and chips with your choice of sides.
