Steps:

Cook bacon until crisp; drain. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the next 6 ingredients. Stir in bacon. Serve with crackers.

Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, thyme and pepper. Stir in cheese, green onions and half the bacon. Transfer to a greased 3-cup baking dish., Bake, uncovered, 13-15 minutes or until bubbly. Top with crushed crackers and remaining bacon. Serve with assorted crackers.

Steps:

Place cheese, mustard, margarine and pepper in food processor or blender container; cover. Process until well blended.
Bring wine just to boil. With food processor running, gradually add wine to cheese mixture, processing until well blended. Place in medium bowl; stir in bacon and onion. Transfer to serving bowl, if desired; cover.
Refrigerate several hours to allow flavors to blend. Let stand at room temperature 1 hour before serving. Serve with crackers.

Cook bacon, crumble and set aside. Combine cheddar, Monterey Jack, creamed cheese, horseradish, hot sauce and garlic powder in a bowl.
Remove from microwave and stir in crumbled bacon saving a few crumbles to put on top. Sprinkle a pinch of cayenne on top and refrigerate for a couple hours. Spread on assorted crackers. Makes about 2 1/2 cups. Enjoy!
