AVOCADO AND BACON-STUFFED EGGS
Avocado, bacon, and eggs are such a great combination! This is a quick and easy way to take deviled eggs to a new level! I won't make them without avocado! It adds so much taste and texture.

Steps:
- Place bacon in a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until evenly browned, about 5 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
- Mash avocado in a large bowl with a fork. Mix in bacon, yolks from the hard-boiled eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, and lime juice.
- Spoon avocado mixture into the egg whites. Garnish eggs with red pepper flakes. Chill until ready to serve.

- Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks; set whites aside. In a small bowl, mash yolks. Add the mayonnaise, bacon, onion and relish; mix well. Stuff into egg whites. Refrigerate until serving. Sprinkle with paprika.

BACON-STUFFED DEVILED EGGS

Steps:
- Put the eggs in a medium saucepan, cover with cold water and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce the heat to a simmer and continue to cook for 7 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare a bowl of ice water. Drain the cooked eggs and transfer them to the ice water until cool, about 5 minutes.
- Peel the eggs, then halve them lengthwise and pop out the yolks into a medium bowl. Set the whites on a plate rounded-side down. Add the mayonnaise, chives, mustard and bacon to the yolks and mash until creamy and well combined; season with salt and pepper.
- Spoon or pipe the filling into the reserved egg white halves. Garnish with chives.

- Place eggs in a large sauce pan or Dutch oven. Add enough water to measure at least 1 inch above eggs. Cover and quickly bring to a boil. Remove from heat.Let stand covered in hot water 15 minutes. ( This is always how I boil my eggs, it helps to keep eggs from cracking, and gives a more even cooking.) Drain. Immediately run cold water over eggs or place them in ice water until cooled completely.
- To remove shell ,gently tap each egg all over, and roll between hands to loosen shell; then hold egg under cold running water as you peel shell.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Make a V-shaped cut in the baguette, leaving ends intact. Lift out V-shaped wedge. Hollow out baguette gently to make a long, skinny bread bowl, being careful not to cut through the bottom or sides. Place baguette on the prepared baking sheet.
