COPYCAT OF ARBY'S CHICKEN SALAD SANDWICH

This is the actual Arby's Chicken Salad Sandwich recipe from the restaurant. This is a scaled down version, so I'm guessing on serving sizes. You may need to have more bread and lettuce on hand.

Copycat of Arby's Chicken Salad Sandwich image

Steps:

  • 1. Combine the first six ingredients and mix well.
  • 2. Use two pieces of bread and one lettuce leaf for each sandwich.
  • 3. Slide lettuce leaf on to one piece of bread.
  • 4. Put two large scoops of chicken salad mixture on lettuce leaf; top with other piece of bread.
  • ENJOY!

4 ounces red seedless grapes, chopped
4 -8 slices honey-wheat bread, thick
2 -4 lettuce leaves

While watching an advertisement for Arby's chicken salad sandwiches, my husband asked if I could make it - I did, and it tastes great! The nuts and fruit give it a zippy flavor, plus it's easy to whip up. It makes a wonderful summer sandwich. Enjoy!

  • Combine first seven ingredients in medium size bowl, stirring until moist.
  • Serve on bread or toast with sliced cucumber and lettuce. Spread additional dressing or mayonnaise on bread as desired.

Easy & Yummy Chicken Salad Sandwiches image

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients into large bowl and refrigerate for 1-4 hours.
  • I like to serve on sweet Hawaiian bread or toasted whole wheat.

1 (18 ounce) can of cooked white meat chicken, broken up and shredded (by hand or fork)
1 tablespoon mayonnaise (regular or light is fine)
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 small granny smith apples or 1 small equally tart and crisp apple, diced into small pieces
1/2 cup raisins or 1/2 cup dried cranberries
1 stalk celery, diced into small pieces
1 teaspoon pepper

A FAMOUS CHICKEN SALAD SANDWICH

After enjoying an Arby's sandwich I could not help but try to make one similar because it was that good. I think this is pretty close, but better because all the fruits are fresh. I don't really measure so, the measurements are guesses, and it's more of getting a desired consistency. Also use your own favorite type of bread. I preferably use whole grain wheat.

A Famous Chicken Salad Sandwich image

Steps:

  • Drain chicken and put in bowl.
  • Add some mayo (about 2 tbsp) so that it does not have that dry appearance.
  • Next, start adding the apples, grapes, celery, and pecans (may need to add mayo to keep everything from getting dry).
  • Next, chop up the egg (if you choose to use it) and add it to the salad.
  • Spread the salad on the bread with lettuce and tomato. Enjoy!
