BREAKFAST ROLLS

Steps:
- In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in bouillon and pepper. Cool for 15 minutes. , On a floured surface, roll out dough into a 12x8-in. rectangle. Spread beef mixture to within 1/2 in. of short edges and 1 in. of long edges. Roll up, jelly-roll style, starting with a long side; pinch seam to seal. , Cut into 12 slices. Place in a greased 13x9-in. baking pan. Cover and let rise until nearly doubled, about 30 minutes. , Bake at 425° for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Place two cheese strips over each roll. Bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.

OOEY GOOEY BREAKFAST ROLLS
Really yummy breakfast rolls that are simple and delicious! Please be careful, they will be extremely hot!

Steps:
- Grease a 9-inch Bundt pan, and sprinkle the pecans into the bottom of the pan.
- Cut the thawed bread dough in half, and cut each half into 8 pieces. Roll the 16 dough pieces into balls, and place them into the pan on top of the nuts.
- Mix the melted butter and brown sugar together in a bowl, and set aside. Sprinkle the butterscotch pudding mix over the rolls, then sprinkle on the cinnamon. Pour the butter mixture over the rolls, cover the pan loosely with plastic wrap, refrigerate, and let the rolls rise for 6 to 8 hours, or overnight.
- Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Remove the plastic wrap from the pan, and bake the rolls for 25 to 30 minutes, until golden brown.

EASY BREAD ROLLS
Bake these simple white bread rolls for sandwiches, burger buns or to dunk in soup. Using only a handful of ingredients, bread-making has never been so easy

Steps:
- Tip the flour, yeast, sugar, salt and oil into a bowl. Pour over 325ml warm water, then mix (with a spatula or your hand), until it comes together as a shaggy dough. Make sure all the flour has been incorporated. Cover and leave for 10 mins.
- Lightly oil your work surface and tip the dough onto it. Knead the dough for at least 10 mins until it becomes tighter and springy - if you have a stand mixer you can do this with a dough hook for 5 mins. Pull the dough into a ball and put in a clean, oiled bowl. Leave for 1 hr, or until doubled in size.
- Tip the dough onto a lightly floured surface and roll into a long sausage shape. Halve the dough, then divide each half into four pieces, so you have eight equal-sized portions. Roll each into a tight ball and put on a dusted baking tray, leaving some room between each ball for rising. Cover with a damp tea towel and leave in a warm place to prove for 40 mins-1 hr or until almost doubled in size.
- Heat the oven to 230C/210C fan/gas 8. When the dough is ready, dust each ball with a bit more flour. (If you like, you can glaze the rolls with milk or beaten egg, and top with seeds.) Bake for 25-30mins, until light brown and hollow sounding when tapped on the base. Leave to cool on a wire rack.

ON-THE-GO BREAKFAST EGG ROLLS
A portable low-fat breakfast! Egg roll wrappers/skins are found in the produce section of most supermarkets. If you're ambitious,search "egg roll wrap" and "egg roll wrappers" and try the homemade variety. These freeze well: just use the defrost setting in the microwave - or let sit overnight in the refrigerator - then toast in a toaster oven.

- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- On the stove, heat a large skillet greased with cooking spray to medium high.
- Whisk together egg, milk and peppers in a bowl, and add to skillet; scramble until nearly done. Add spinach and cooked meat and stir together until well-mixed, then remove from burner.
- Assemble the egg rolls: on each wrapper, place one-eighth of the egg mixture (almost half a cup), two tablespoons shredded jack cheese (if using) and sprinkle with half a tablespoon of asiago cheese. Moisten the edges of each egg roll wrap; fold in sides and then roll tightly the long way like an egg roll in a Chinese restaurant; place in a baking dish greased with cooking spray.
- Spray the top of the egg rolls with cooking spray and bake for eight minutes, then flip on the other side and cook an additional eight minutes or just until starting to crisp and turn golden. Allow a minute to cool and then ENJOY!

IRISH BREAKFAST ROLLS
A roll with a slightly soft crust and wonderful creamy crumb. It generally keeps for 2 or 3 days. It can be reheated and it also toasts very well. Eat it for breakfast or as part of your supper. This is a recipe created by Nuala Cullen from her book Irish Soups and Breads. It takes a long time to make, but it is most certainly worth it.

Steps:
- Mix the flour, yeast, and salt together in a large bowl, or follow directions on the yeast packet, using milk/water from the measured amount.
- Mix the eggs together with the cream and the remaining milk/water and pour into the center of the flour.
- Mix with a wooden spoon or your hands, drawing in the flour from the sides until the dough holds together. If the dough is too dry, add a little water (just a few drops at a time).
- Knead for 2 or 3 minutes (or 1 with a dough hook) until the dough becomes smooth and does not stick to your hands.
- Place the dough into an oiled bowl, cover, and leave to rise in a warm place until doubled in bulk (about an hour).
- Knock the air out of the dough, knead for a few moments, and shape into a long roll. Cut the roll into 16 equal pieces.
- Roughly flatten each piece into a circle and then roll up into a cylinder. Place each roll on a floured baking tray. Brush the tops lightly with beaten egg or cream and set aside for a further 20 minutes.
- Bake at 230 degrees celsius/450 degrees fahrenheit/Gas 8, lowering the heat after 10 minutes. Cook for a further 10-15 minutes, until nicely browned.
- Cool on a wire rack.
