EASY ANY PIE FILLING COBBLER
This cobbler is so easy to make. It can be made with any flavor pie filling. I make this when hubby wants a "nice" desert and I don't feel like "making" one.

Steps:
- Melt butter or margarine in 9 x 9 baking dish.
- Mix sugar, flour, salt, and baking powder.
- Add milk and mix well.
- Pour batter into melted butter-- do not stir.
- Pour pie filling into batter (I drop it by spoonful and put several spoons in the middle and then divide the rest into the corners and sides-- do not stir).
- Bake@ 350° for 50 minutes to 1 hour or until golden brown.

This easy cobbler recipe has been handed down from my grandmother to my mother to me. I double the recipe because my family loves it that much! You can use any fresh fruit or fruit pie filling. Steps:
- 1. Melt margarine in microwave.
- 2. Add milk, flour and sugar; use wisk to blend all ingredients well
- 3. Spray 9x13 baking dish with baking spray.
- 4. Put 2 cups of fruit or (pie filling, if desired) in bottom of dish.
- 5. Pour milk mixture over fruit.
- 6. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour. (Less time for single recipe.)
CHERRY COBBLER II
This was handed down by my Grandmother. You can use any kind of fruit filling. If using cherry, pie filling can be substituted with 2 cups fresh cherries.

- Preheat oven to 275 degrees F (135 degrees C). Place butter or margarine in a 9x13 inch baking dish and set on oven rack to melt.
- In a medium bowl, mix together flour, sugar, and baking powder. Stir in milk.
- Remove baking dish from oven as soon as butter or margarine is melted. Pour flour mixture into dish, but DO NOT STIR. Pour fruit evenly into pan, and DO NOT STIR.
- Raise oven temperature to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Bake cobbler for 50 to 60 minutes, until golden brown.
