Steps:
- Brush a small amount of corn syrup on the top of a gold or red-foil peanut butter cup (don't unwrap). Place an inverted (top side down) green-foil peanut butter cup on top of the first one. The bottom peanut butter cup is the pot/planter and the top peanut butter cup is the bottom/base the tree.
- Brush some corn syrup on top of the tree base. Top with a green-foil hershey kiss.
- Brush corn syrup on the tree and sprinkle non-pareils over the tree.
- You could use a spray glue or hot glue instead of corn syrup, but I use corn syrup just in case it gets into someone's mouth when the tree is unwrapped and eaten.

- Unwrap eight REESE’S Peanut Butter Cups, eight HERSHEY’S KISSES Brand Milk Chocolates and 16 REESE’S Miniatures.
- Place one REESE’S Miniature top-down on a sheet of parchment paper. Then use a dab of royal icing to attach the bottom of a REESE’S Peanut Butter Cup to the REESE’S Miniature.
- Place a dab of royal icing on the top of a second REESE’S Miniature, then press it top-down onto the center of the REESE’S Peanut Butter Cup.
- Place a dab of royal icing onto the bottom of a HERSHEY’S KISSES Brand Chocolate, and attach it to the center of the REESE’S Miniature.

- Heat oven to 350°F. Line 40 small muffin cups (1-3/4 inches in diameter) with paper or foil bake cups on cookie sheet.
- Combine frosting and food color. Set aside 4 brownies to use for tree trunk; frost remaining brownies. Arrange frosted brownies on large tray in a tree shape. Place the unfrosted brownies at base of tree for the trunk. Decorate tree by placing one foil-wrapped chocolate on each frosted brownie. Remove wrappers from 4 chocolates. Place a small amount of frosting in center of unfrosted brownies; place an unwrapped chocolate piece over frosting. Makes 40 brownie cups.
