- Preheat oven to 325°. Place ham on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Using a sharp knife, score the surface of the ham with 1/4 in.-deep cuts in a diamond pattern. , In a large saucepan stir together the remaining ingredients. Bring mixture to a boil and simmer until sugar is dissolved, 1-2 minutes. Reserve half the mixture, keep warm. Pour remaining half over the ham. Bake, uncovered, until a thermometer reads 140°, 2 to 2-1/2 hours. Baste occasionally with pan drippings. Cover loosely with foil if ham browns too quickly. Serve with remaining sauce mixture.

Stir in preserves, chutney, mustard and garlic.Add ham to skillet cook for 5 minutes on each side or until heated through. Transfer ham to a heated platter cover and keep warm.Add pineapple slices to plum sauce. Cook over medium heat, basting with sauce, for about 5 minutes or until heated through.To serve, arrange pineapple slices around ham on platter. Spoon remaining sauce over ham and pineapple.

- Stir together first 7 ingredients in a saucepan over medium-high heat; bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer, stirring constantly, 5 minutes or until preserves are melted and mixture is blended. Pour half of plum preserve mixture into a microwave-safe bowl.
- Trim excess fat on ham to 1/8-inch thickness. If desired, make long, shallow cuts (about 1/16-inch deep) over entire ham, forming diamond patterns. Place ham on a wire rack in an aluminum foil-lined roasting pan. Brush ham with a portion of plum preserve mixture in saucepan.
