Steps:

• Special Equipment: 1 highball glass
• Fill highball glass with ice cubes. Pour in vodka and your favorite iced tea.Garnish with lemon wheel and serve.

• Combine the sugar and 1 cup water in a small pot. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Remove from the heat and set aside to cool.
• In a large pot over high heat, bring 8 cups water to a boil. Add the tapioca pearls, return the water to a boil and cook, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes. Turn off the heat, cover and let the pearls sit another 15 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water. Put into a container with the cooled simple syrup and refrigerate up to 2 days.
• Put 6 jasmine tea bags into a heat-proof container and pour over 4 cups boiling water. Let steep 20 minutes. Remove the bags and discard. Let the tea cool, and then refrigerate.
• When you are ready to serve, put 1/2 cup tapioca pearls into the bottom of a large glass. In a pitcher, combine the tea and sweetened condensed milk and stir until blended. Pour over the pearls and serve with an extra large straw.

• Put the green tea bags into a heatproof container and pour in 1 quart boiling water. Let steep until it comes to room temperature, about 1 hour. Remove the tea bags and discard.
• While the tea is steeping, in a saucepan over medium-high heat, bring 1 cup water, the sugar, and ginger to a boil. Stir to dissolve the sugar, remove from the heat, and allow to cool to room temperature, about 1 hour. Store the tea and ginger simple syrup in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
• To serve, fill glasses with ice and pour in the tea. Sweeten, to taste, with the ginger simple syrup. Garnish with a slice of ginger. For the adults, top each with 1/2 cup prosecco, if desired.

• Pour 8 cups boiling water into a slow cooker. Add 16 chai tea bags; secure the lid with the tea bag tabs hanging outside and steep 10 minutes. Remove the tea bags. Stir in 1/2 cup each spiced rum and vanilla-flavored vodka and 2 cinnamon sticks. Cover and cook on low for 2 hours. Stir in 2 cups sweetened condensed milk; switch to the warm setting until ready to serve. Ladle into mugs and garnish with cinnamon sticks.
• If you don't have a slow cooker, keep these drinks warm in a saucepan on the stovetop over low heat.
