  • Warm bacon in microwave as directed on package; chop into 1/2-inch pieces. Place in medium bowl.
  • Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
  • Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.

Steps:

  • 1. In a microwave safe bowl, heat cream cheese for 2-3 minutes, until soft. Add sour cream and stir until smooth.
  • 2. Add all remaining ingredients and mix to combine.
  • 3. Allow dip to come to room temperature and serve with your favorite chips
  • 4. Refrigerate any unused dip.

12 slices fully cooked bacon, chopped
2 8 oz pkgs. cream cheese
1 1/2 c sour cream
1/4 tsp kosher salt
3/4 tsp black pepper
