SOY GLAZED KING OYSTER MUSHROOMS
Delicious as a side dish or added to a stir fry or noodle bowl.

Steps:
- 1. Melt the butter with the two soy sauces, honey, and garlic together. Set aside.
- 2. In a large skillet add the oil and fry the mushrooms in batches until golden brown removing to a plate. Once all the mushrooms have been cooked add the butter mixture to the skillet. Bring to a slow boil and add the mushrooms and cook 2 minutes until nicely glazed. Remove to a plate and garnish with scallions.

Serve this tasty side with pork chops, steak, or salmon! Serve over the meat of your choice.

Steps:
- Melt the butter in skillet over medium heat; add the mushrooms; cook and stir until the mushrooms have softened and released their liquid, about 5 minutes. Stir in the garlic; continue to cook and stir for 1 minute. Pour in the soy sauce; cook the mushrooms in the soy sauce until the liquid has evaporated, about 4 minutes.
