Steps:

  • Place all ingredients in a ceramic fondue pot over low heat.
  • Stir constantly until the mixture is melted and smooth.
  • Do not allow to bubble.
  • Arrange an assortment of bite-sized dipping foods on a lazy Susan around fondue pot.
  • Spear fruit or nuts with fondue forks or wooden skewers, dip, swirl and enjoy!

  • Microwave 6 ounces chopped bittersweet chocolate with 1/4 cup heavy cream on 75 percent power until melted, about 2 minutes. Whisk until smooth. Serve with fresh fruit and/or cubed angel food cake, for dipping.

  • Combine the chocolates, heavy cream, butter and vanilla in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave 1 minute, then stir. Continue microwaving in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until the chocolate is just melted. Whisk until smooth and glossy.
  • Transfer to a fondue pot and keep warm over low heat. Serve with pound cake.

Steps:

  • Heat the cream in a saucepan over low to medium heat until warmed through but not bubbling; add the bittersweet chocolate, semisweet chocolate, amaretto and vanilla and stir until the chocolate is melted. Pour the mixture into a fondue pot.
  • Arrange your dipping ingredients on a platter and serve!

Steps:

  • 1.Combine chocolate chips cream and corn syrup in large microwave safe bowl.
  • 2.Microwave uncovered on high (100%) power for 1 minute; stir by hand (if nessesary, microwave for an additional 20 to 30 seconds.
  • 3 Stir untill the chocolate is melted, it is all combined and sauce is smooth.
  • 4. Add liqueur and stir again.
  • 5.Serve warm and with assorted fruits, cookies, marshmellows, etc.

  • Light a tealight under a chocolate fondue pot to warm it for a few minutes. When the pot is warm, pour in the chocolate sauce and the salted caramel. Add a splash of brandy (or Tia Maria, or Bailey's).
