Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Combine the corn, creamed corn, sugar, flour, milk and eggs. Mix well. Pour the mixture into a 2-quart baking dish.
- Bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

AWESOME AND EASY CREAMY CORN CASSEROLE
This truly is the most delicious stuff! A bit like a cross between corn souffle and a slightly sweet corn pudding! Try it, I know you will love the ease of preparation and especially the taste. - Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook corn as directed on package; drain well. Meanwhile, mix tapioca, onions, butter, salt, pepper and milk in medium saucepan. Let stand 5 min. Bring to full rolling boil on medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in parsley.
- Beat egg whites in small bowl with electric mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form; set aside. Beat egg yolks in large bowl on high speed until thick and lemon colored. Gradually add tapioca mixture, beating on low speed after each addition until well blended. Return to saucepan. Cook on low heat until very thick, stirring constantly. Add corn; mix well. Gently stir in egg whites.
- Spoon into 1-1/2-qt. casserole dish. Place dish in large baking pan, then place in oven. Carefully pour boiling water into baking pan to come 1 inch up side of baking dish.
- Bake 50 min. or until center is set.

- Heat oven to 350°F. Butter 1-quart soufflé dish or casserole. Make a 4-inch band of triple-thickness aluminum foil 2 inches longer than circumference of dish. Butter one side. Secure foil band, buttered side in, around top edge of dish.
- Melt butter in 2-quart saucepan over medium heat. Stir in flour, salt, mustard and red pepper. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until smooth and bubbly; remove from heat. Stir in milk. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. Stir in cheese until melted; remove from heat.
- Beat egg whites and cream of tartar in medium bowl with electric mixer on high speed until stiff but not dry; set aside. Beat egg yolks in small bowl on high speed about 3 minutes or until very thick and lemon colored; stir into cheese mixture. Stir about 1/4 of the egg whites into cheese mixture. Fold cheese mixture into remaining egg whites. Carefully pour into soufflé dish.
- Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean. Carefully remove foil band and quickly divide soufflé into sections with 2 forks. Serve immediately.
