Steps:
- Cook farfelle according to directions on the package. In skillet heat olive oil and saute garlic until golden. With kitchen scissors chopped tomatoes and add to skillet. Add capers, oregano, basil and red pepper to taste. Add olives and cook for 10 to 15 minutes. Add parsley. Serve with drained pasta.

- Combine tomatoes, onions, capers, olives, anchovies, garlic and parsley in a medium bowl. Dress with a drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil, just enough to lightly coat the salad, 1 to 2 tablespoons. Sprinkle in basil, salt and pepper, toss again and adjust seasonings, to your taste.

Steps:
- Season the swordfish with salt. Pour some flour on a plate and dredge the swordfish in the flour. Heat 3 tablespoons olive oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Working in batches, cook the swordfish until golden on all sides, about 4 minutes. Transfer to a plate.
- Reduce the heat to medium; add the remaining 2 tablespoons olive oil to the pot. Add the garlic, onion and red pepper flakes and cook about 3 minutes. Season with salt and add the wine. Cover and cook, stirring a few times, until the onion is tender, about 5 more minutes.
- Add the seafood to the pot in layers, starting with the clams, then the shrimp, calamari rings and tentacles, and the swordfish. Cover and cook until the clams have just opened, about 6 minutes. Lightly stir, cover again and simmer 5 more minutes. Discard any clams that do not open. Stir in the butter, parsley, vinegar and salt to taste. Serve with bread.
SAUTEED SHRIMP WITH GARLIC, LEMON, AND WHITE WINE

- Place 1/4 cup oil, scallion whites, garlic, and oregano in a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Cook, stirring often, until the oil starts to simmer, about 5 minutes. Add shrimp and increase heat to high. Cook, stirring and turning often, until opaque, 4 to 5 minutes.
- Add lemon juice and wine to the skillet; simmer for about 1 1/2 minutes. Add water, pepper, and salt; cook for 30 seconds. Stir in butter, 1 tablespoon olive oil, scallion greens, and parsley until even distributed. Arrange the shrimp on warmed plates and spoon the sauce on top.

- In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon oil; saute shrimp with 1/2 teaspoon pepper flakes until shrimp turn pink, 2-3 minutes. Stir in salt; remove from pan., In same pan, heat remaining oil over medium heat; saute onion until tender, about 2 minutes. Add anchovies, garlic and remaining pepper flakes; cook and stir until fragrant, about 1 minute. Stir in tomatoes, wine, olives and capers; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, until tomatoes are softened and mixture is thickened, 8-10 minutes., Stir in shrimp. Add sugar to taste; sprinkle with parsley. If desired, serve with spaghetti.

Steps:
- Heat oil in skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic, red pepper flakes and onion. Saute until onion is translucent.
- Add wine and simmer until almost evaporated.
- Stir in tomatoes with their juice, basil, oregano, olives, capers, anchovies (optional) and pepperoni (optional). Bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer. Simmer for 20 minutes or until sauce has thickened.
- Cook pasta according to directions. Strain and set aside.
- Add shrimp to sauce and cook on medium-high 3-4 minutes or until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
- Add pasta to sauce and incorporate.
- Top with Parmesan shavings.
- Serve with garlic bread and a caesar salad!
