- Add flour; cook 3 minute Stir constantly.
- Add paprika, salt and peppers.
- Cook 3 minute Add onion, green pepper and garlic.
- (finely chopped).
- Cook 5 minute Remove from fire.
- Add lemon juice.
- Heat oysters quickly in own juice.
- Cover bottom of casserole with ham.
- Place oysters next.
- Cover with sauce.
- Sprinkle cracker crumbs on top.
- Bake at 400F, 30 minute.
