Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
- Place rolls, without separating them, on a flat work surface. Cut in half horizontally. Arrange bottom half in the prepared pan. Sprinkle 1 cup Cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven until cheese is melted, 3 to 5 minutes.
- Cook and stir beef and onion in a skillet until beef is browned, 5 to 8 minutes. Drain grease. Stir in tomatoes, 1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard, 1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook until fully combined, 1 to 2 minutes.
- Spoon beef mixture over rolls. Sprinkle remaining 1 cup Cheddar cheese and bacon on top. Cover with top half of rolls.
- Combine butter, brown sugar, 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, and 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover and microwave on high until butter is melted, about 1 minute. Stir until blended and pour over rolls. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven, uncovered, until golden brown, 20 to 25 minutes.

STUFFED SLIDERS YOUR WAY
Treat this recipe as a basic template from which to have a blast mixing and matching different meats with different cheeses. The Parmesan is a must and not an option to switch out; it's the magic ingredient that will make the meat more savory and any cheese you stuff in your slider taste cheesier. The recipe can be halved or doubled easily, so if there are a lot of kids in your crowd, you might want to cut back on the number you make. If a bunch of your drinking buddies are on their way over, however, you'll likely want to do 1 1/2 times the recipe, or even double it. We've given you suggestions for toppers and meat-and-cheese combinations, but those are just ideas to get your imagination going. If the weather is cooperative, fire up your grill, but if you are grill-less, the broiler does a fine job. Any which way you do it, you can't help but have fun!

Steps:
- Gently combine meat, eggs, cheese, parsley, garlic, 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper with your hands. (Do not overmix).
- Form scant 1/4 cupfuls of meat mixture into about 30 meatballs. Push a cheese cube into center of each ball and encase meat around cheese, then slightly flatten each ball to a 2-inch diameter.
- Broiler directions:
- Preheat broiler. Put half of sliders on an oiled rack of a broiler pan and broil, turning over once, until just cooked through (no longer pink), 4 to 8 minutes total. Repeat with remaining sliders.
- Grill directions:
- For easy entertaining, go with a gas grill. Preheat all burners on high, covered, 10 minutes, then adjust heat to medium-high. Grill sliders, in batches if necessary, turning once, until just cooked through, 4 to 8 minutes total.
- Make sliders with toppings and rolls.

- Preheat the grill to medium-high. Place thinly sliced onions and 2 tablespoons butter in a small foil boat, about 4”x6”. Set the foil boat on the grill to start cooking while the grill heats up.
- Place ground chuck on a large cutting board. Sprinkle with crumbled bacon. Lay a sheet of parchment the same size as the cutting board over the meat, and with a rolling pin, roll the meat into a large rectangle, about 1/3”-thick. Remove the parchment paper and cut the meat into 12 equal squares.
- Slice the buns, and butter all the cut side of all of them. Place the burgers on the hot grill, close the lid, and cook for 90 seconds. Flip the burgers and stir the onions. Add all the buns to the grill, buttered side down. Close the lid and allow to cook for 60 seconds. Remove the buns and immediately top with a burger, a tablespoon of the blue cheese, and caramelized onions. Allow to sit for 2-5 minutes before serving.
